Who is Conor McCarthy?​
Conor McCarthy is an accomplished athlete and coach renowned for his expertise in sports nutrition, biomechanics, strength and conditioning, functional movement, and speed screening. Trained by the esteemed pitching coach Tom House and former MLB Manager Bobby Valentine, Conor has honed a comprehensive skill set that spans both the mental and physical aspects of athletic performance. Most recently he spent the 2024 season working in the Wake Forest Pitching Lab.

Athletic Achievements and Experience
​
• Member of the three-time Northeast Conference baseball champion Bryant University Bulldogs from 2011 to 2014.
• His early development at IMG Academy and under the guidance of former MLB players Mike LaValliere, Don Robinson, and Scott Sauerbeck at St. Stephens Episcopal School in Florida led to him being named a second-team all-state player in his senior year.
